Adherence
In compliance, the tracking ability of a Product Specialist adherence measures their commitment to his or her schedule. The term used to describe how well agents stick to their previously planned out work schedules. Also used to measure the Product Specialist’s ability to adhere to a practice, script, message, policy, or process as trained.
